I work with organisations, teams, leaders, managers and individuals to reach below the surface and discover new perspectives on change, conflict, emotions at work, leadership, management, authority, effectiveness and team dynamics.

My approach focuses on the relational dimension of work, and on the impact that complex and demanding work can have on individuals and teams.

I also work with organisations to develop and maintain mentally healthy workplaces by providing quality assured, evidence based mental health and suicide prevention training courses.
